 The Utility Agent transports an Engine Module

The UA is a small, refuelable spacecraft of 150 to 250 kg and Its function is to perform tele-operated docking to a client spacecraft (CS), enabled by a real time camera signal which is relayed through the CS or a through a third satellite. It can also perform circumnavigation and inspection of a Space Object (SO) . With regards to its positioning it can navigate from a UB to a client spacecraft (one or more) and come back to the UB for refueling.
